ABOUT DIMAIO CONCRETE

Founded in 2018, DiMaio Concrete is a leading commercial concrete contractor serving Wilmington, North Carolina, and the surrounding region. Built on a commitment to quality, integrity, and exceptional service, we partner with owners, developers, and general contractors to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and with lasting value.

Our company is uniquely structured with two specialized divisions. The Structural Division, led by Andrew McMullin, focuses on foundations, elevated slabs, tilt-wall construction, and complex structural concrete systems. The Civil Division, led by Nick DiMaio, specializes in  site concrete, sidewalks, curb and gutter, and infrastructure-related projects. Together, their leadership and decades of industry experience allow us to successfully execute a wide range of commercial concrete work.

Supported by a team of experienced estimators, project managers, accountants, superintendents, foremen, and skilled craftsmen, we bring a collaborative, customer-first approach to every project. As owners, Andrew and Nick remain actively involved and accessible throughout planning and construction, ensuring every project receives the attention it deserves.

At DiMaio Concrete, our work is guided by three core values: Committed, Safe and Responsive. These principles drive our commitment to our employees, our clients, and the communities we serve.

ANDREW MCMULLIN

Andrew McMullin is the President - Structural and Co-Owner of DiMaio Concrete, where he leads the company's continued growth, oversees project execution, and invests heavily in the development and training of the team. With a hands-on approach to leadership, Andrew is committed to delivering exceptional results for clients while fostering a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.

A graduate of Temple University's Fox School of Business, Andrew combines business expertise with real-world construction experience to guide the company's strategic direction and daily operations. Beyond his  role at DiMaio Concrete, he is a devoted husband, father, and active leader in the local community, dedicated to serving others both professionally and personally.

Nick DiMaio is the President - Civil and Co-Owner of DiMaio Concrete. Known for his passion, energy, and commitment to excellence, Nick brings a hands-on leadership style that inspires both his team and those around him. His focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction has helped drive the company's success and reputation throughout the region.

Before joining DiMaio Concrete, Nick gained extensive industry experience in a variety of roles with concrete construction companies ranging from local residential contractors to large-scale regional and infrastructure firms. This diverse background provides him with a well-rounded perspective and deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the construction industry.

A graduate of Williamson College of the Trades, Nick combines technical expertise with practical field experience to lead projects and teams with confidence. Outside of work, he is a devoted husband, father, and active community leader committed to serving others and making a positive impact both professionally and personally.
